Internal Medicine – How Lane

• Assess and provide care for patients under the direction of the collaborating physician.
• Document care provided in the medical record.
• Provide educational activities that promote quality patient care.
• Maintain bilingual Spanish/English proficiency (strongly preferred, as 85‑90% of patients speak Spanish).

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• Active Advanced Practice Nursing licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• Current CDS and DEA registration.
• Master’s degree in nursing.
• Two (2) years of experience in specialty (strongly preferred).
• BLS certification, as approved by the American Heart Association.

Competitive base rates determined by work experience, internal equity, and market data. Base salary, clinical certification pay, and shift differentials may apply. Salary range for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
