We’re seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing team in Middlesex County, New Jersey. This role focuses on providing hands‑on, individualized care to a single client each day in their home.

• Travel to one client home, following a schedule that matches your preferences.
• Execute and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide skilled nursing care with autonomy in the home setting.

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, good‑standing Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.

• Pay up to $35/hr based on qualifications.
