OverviewRutgers School of Nursing, Entry to Baccalaureate Division seeks nursing professionals to teach a CLINICAL or LAB component for the following specialties:
- Fundamentals labs & clinicals
- Maternal health Nursing
- Adult health

Responsibilities- Provide instruction and supervision in acute and non‑acute clinical labs, continuity of nursing care, and community nursing or simulation settings.
- Follow course syllabi to help students achieve set learning outcomes.
- Communicate with the Course Leader/Lead Instructor/Course Coordinator on an ongoing basis regarding student progress or any concerns.
- Attend course meetings before the semester starts and when requested.
- Evaluate, grade, and provide feedback on required course assignments and tasks (e.g., care plans, specialty papers, research projects, med math).
- Report a grade for each student to the Course Leader/Lead Instructor/Course Coordinator by the due date.
** This opportunity is for weekdays only.**
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Nursing required, OR Doctoral Degree in Nursing or related discipline preferred.
- Teaching experience with baccalaureate nursing students preferred.
- Certification in clinical area preferred.
- Current licensure or eligibility for RN licensure in New Jersey.
A minimum of $2,777 per credit. The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including candidate’s qualifications, experience, expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position, as well as market benchmarks and internal equity.
