Registered Nurse – Infusion

Infusion Nurse Opportunity

Provide specialized outpatient infusion nursing care to patients, administering chemotherapy and other infusions in a fast-paced clinical setting. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to protocols during treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and infusion therapies following established guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and manage any adverse reactions promptly and effectively.
• Document all clinical interactions and treatments accurately in the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth operations.
• Float between assigned units and facilities as needed to support staffing and patient needs.
• Uphold compliance with certifications, licensing, and institutional policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NJ or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
• Possess 1+ years of experience in outpatient infusion or oncology settings, including chemo certification.
• Maintain current BLS and CHEMO certifications before start date.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in chemotherapy administration and patient monitoring.
• Ability to work day shift with 4×10-hour schedules.
• Willingness to float between units and facilities based on staffing requirements.
