Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in New Jersey | 2–3 Days per Week | October 1 - Ongoing | Assignment #115336 Coverage Details:

Much faster onboarding process since this is not a hospital

Shift Details:

Monday-Thursday, 10:30am-7:00pm, Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Another provider will be covering 2-3 days per week, 8:00am-5:00pm

Requirements:

Must have senior experience
DOT Certified
Active New Jersey License
Active CDS
Active DEA

Required Procedures/

Skills:

Perform pre-placement physical examinations and return-to-work clearances
Order and interpret diagnostic x-rays and lab results
Perform initial and ongoing worker injury assessments
Perform medical surveillance, exposure treatments, and follow-ups
Perform health screenings, for-cause substance testing, and fit-for-duty examinations
Collaborate with physicians, APNs, and other departments
Be okay with Workers' Comp cases

Assignment Details:

Average patient volume: 20 to 25 patients per day
