Job Overview
SADC Certified Appraiser (Agricultural Land)
Location:
Mercer County, NJ Hourly Rate: $85 – $135/hour
The appraiser will conduct agricultural-use and farmland preservation valuations adhering to State Agriculture Development Committee (SADC) protocols.
Responsibilities- Perform appraisals for agricultural easement acquisitions.
- Conduct soil classification, productivity analysis, and development rights valuation.
- Prepare SADC-standard appraisal reports.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be SADC-Certified Appraiser.
- 5+ years agriculture land valuation experience in NJ.
- NJ Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
Compensation: $135.00 per hour
