  • Active, federally funded research program; preference for associate professor level or higher (superb young investigators with NIH funding and high potential for independence will also be considered).
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying novel biomarkers, assay development, and validation for diagnosis and disease monitoring.
  • Proficiency in statistical and data‑analysis techniques for biomarker data interpretation.
  • Track record of successful multicenter collaboration and mentorship of trainees.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex research to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interest in community engagement, public‑policy communication, and implementation science.
  • Physician‑scientists encouraged; clinical credentials not required.
  • Cultural and language competency with experience working with underserved communities in New Jersey (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading an extramural program that contributes to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive research cohort.
  • History of securing large grant awards and managing multidisciplinary research teams.
  • Knowledge of and experience with digital and behavioral biomarkers in addition to fluid biomarkers.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and a demonstrated track record of engaging underrepresented groups in research.
