Full Time in Morris Plains, NJ

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, as well as customer service experience necessary
• Some Saturdays (rotate with team).

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (must be obtained)
• Life & Health Insurance License

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
