ADF FOODS USA LTD – Truly Indian National Sales Manager – Natural & Grocery

Truly Indian is bringing authentic, small-batch and hand‑made Indian frozen and shelf‑stable foods - crafted in India with real ingredients, traditional and street food recipes, and deep farming partnerships - to the modern U.S. retail landscape. We are a fast‑growing, mission‑driven brand seeking a National Sales Manager – Natural & Grocery to lead our expansion across Whole Foods, ABSCO, Stop & Shop, HEB, and other key natural and conventional grocery accounts.

This is a builder role for a strategic and hands‑on sales, highly motivated leader who can turn customer relationships into profitable, long‑term growth.

Field‑based, ideally near a major airport

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow national business across Natural and Grocery channels (Sell, Sell, Sell!)
  • Lead Joint Business Planning, line reviews, and annual negotiations
  • Win new distribution and drive velocity with existing accounts
  • Develop and execute trade and promotional strategy
  • Manage, plan, support, and inspire our broker network
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and launch new items successfully
  • Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and innovation
  • Represent Truly Indian at key customer meetings and industry events
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–10+ years of CPG sales experience in Natural and/or Grocery
  • Proven success with Whole Foods, Sprouts, and conventional retail strongly preferred
  • Experience in frozen and/or emerging brands strongly preferred

    Strong financial, data, and trade management skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self‑starter mindset with a passion for food and culture
  • Hands‑on approach to problem solving by using initiative and available resources to provide customer proposals and solutions.
  • Strong listening, questioning and negotiation skills ‑ outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure in a cross functional environment.
  • Proven ability to penetrate customers to influence change within an evolving customer environment.
  • Advanced computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint).
  • High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information‑based recommendations through Nielsen Portal, Consumer Panel, Shipment data etc.
