We are hiring a senior Account Executive to own and grow our Johnson & Johnson (J&J) relationship. This role is responsible for revenue growth, executive relationships, and long-term account expansion across J&J’s business units. This is a strategic client partner role, not a transactional sales position.

• Own the end-to-end J&J account strategy and growth plan
• Build trusted relationships with VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders
• Drive account expansion, cross-sell, and new use-case growth
• Lead QBRs, executive reviews, and strategic roadmap discussions
• Partner with delivery, product, and solution teams to ensure execution excellence
• Own commercials, renewals, and margin discipline

• 10–15+ years in enterprise account management / client partner roles
• Experience with large Life Sciences / Healthcare / Pharma clients
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling mindset
• NJ-based (or willing to relocate), with proximity to J&J offices

• High-visibility role reporting directly to the COO
• Ownership of a strategic anchor account
• Ability to shape long-term partnership and revenue trajectory
