At Grapevine Pro, our Outside Sales team helps homeowners all over the tri-state area, but they can't do it without fuel. Your job is to provide that fuel. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the driving force of our growth - handling heavy outbound and inbound volume to overcome objections, build urgency, and lock down confirmed, free estimates for our specialists.

If you have thick skin, a relentless drive to win, and the ability to turn a 'No' into a 'Yes,' you will make an absolute killing here.

• Owning the Phone:
  Making high-volume outbound calls to warm and inbound leads (No cold calling random phone books - these people want our services, they just need to be closed on the appointment).
• Overcoming Objections:
  Pushing past the initial hesitation, handling stalls, and using persistent sales skills to lock in the estimate.
• Selling the Value:
  Quickly building rapport and educating homeowners on why they need our exterior experts in their home now.
• Filling the Pipeline:
  Managing your pipeline efficiently to ensure our outside reps have a packed calendar every single day.
