Chemisys Laboratory is a rapidly growing, state-of-the-art, full service medical laboratory with headquarters in Fair Lawn NJ. The laboratory performs a wide variety of tests including Toxicology, Genetics, Microbiology, Hematology, Immunology, Virology, General Chemistry and others.

We are looking for a Full-Time client service representative to join our team. This is an entry level position. No experience is required. Chemisys focuses heavily on employee development and strives to create a work environment that is employee centric.

Duties and

Responsibilities Include:

• Act as a liaison between laboratory operations and clients.
• Report laboratory results using established protocols.
• Serve as a resource to clients regarding test requirements, specimen submission and other laboratory policies and procedures.
• Identify, research and resolve customer issues utilizing appropriate staff and resources to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with client supply orders.

• Tuesday-Saturday
• Tuesday - Friday: 9am-5pm
• Saturdays: 12-6 pm
