Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.17 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thursday – 09:00 PM to 05:00 AM
• Friday – 09:00 PM to 05:00 AM
• Saturday – 09:00 PM to 05:00 AM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards.
• Control access points by verifying credentials, directing visitors to appropriate destinations, and following visitor sign‑in and badge issuance procedures as required by post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving, including calls for assistance, alarms, and requests from site personnel, and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision, and use available systems such as radios, phones, and cameras according to policy.

• Be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR Certification preferred
• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Comfortable using computer or tablet preferred
• Guard Card/License preferred
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law
