Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel or resort setting.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, guest-facing areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe on-site activity, and report maintenance, policy, and/or security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support hotel or resort operations by providing directions, assisting with visitor inquiries, and documenting incidents, observations, and/or daily activity in required reports.

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
