Security Officer Dispatch Communications

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or callers by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Monitor communications systems, receive calls for assistance, and coordinate the dispatch of security-related personnel to routine incidents, priority situations, and/or service requests;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details, relaying updates, and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination activities by tracking officer assignments, maintaining awareness of building and perimeter coverage, and helping to support timely responses across the location
