Security Officer Dispatch Center

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or electronic systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch officers or appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Coordinate responses to incidents, urgent requests, and/or critical situations by gathering key details, relaying information clearly, and maintaining communication with on-site teams and leadership;
Complete reports, logs, and other required documentation related to incidents, daily activity, and/or dispatch operations while following site protocols and Allied Universal standards;
Conduct regular and random patrol support functions by tracking officer activity, communicating coverage needs, and helping to identify gaps around the location and perimeter
