What you’ll do Supervise and execute residential HVAC installations from planning through startup and handoff.

Install, service, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.

Verify compliance with local codes and regulations on every project.

Run diagnostics and troubleshoot issues to keep projects moving.

Provide outstanding customer service; answer questions and resolve concerns.

Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices on quality and safety.

Maintain precise records for installs, repairs, and service calls.

Collaborate closely with the team to meet deadlines and deliverables.

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certifications preferred.

At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.

Strong command of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

Excellent troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.

Clear, professional communication and teamwork skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.

EPA Universal or EPA Type 2 certification.

Location New Brunswick, NJ and nearby residential job sites.
