We are prioritizing candidates open to being based in our Boston, MA office, although we will also consider remote candidates located in EST or CST timezones. This role requires a minimum of 50% travel to customers’ sites across the US.

You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data‑driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.
Responsibilities- Provide training to customers on SOPHiA GENETICS solutions and manage customer support.
- Build effective relationships with new and existing clients, monitoring customer feedback on product usage.
- Compose laboratory documents, including fact sheets and work instructions.
- Train internal and external collaborators.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their needs and communicate internally to drive product design improvement.
- Coordinate with the development and/or marketing team for proper market implementation.
- Hands‑on experience with NGS library preparation and capture.
- Experience with liquid‑handler robots (Hamilton, Beckman, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences;
PhD preferred. - Excellent customer relations and service skills.
- Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time.
- Excellent scientific communication skills, both oral and written.
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and logical reasoning.
