Field Dispatcher

As a Field Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating our drivers and customers along our routes at the Rutgers University Campus in New Brunswick, NJ. You will partner closely with the Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Maintenance teams, to support the overall safety and efficiency of service while providing exceptional customer service.

This role provides an opportunity for growth within the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S.

Shift:

• Mon-Fri
• 11:00am-7:00pm

Pay rate starting at $22.00 per hour. Pay rate commensurate with experience level.

• CDL with Passenger & Air Brake endorsements is preferred

Core Role:

• Coordinate drivers for daily operations
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in the field
• Be present and visible in the loading areas and provide assistance as required
• Communicate information clearly and concisely via direct connect radio or phone
• Accurately update logs and complete required documentation
• Keep the field supervisor, dispatch and operations teams updated on operations
