Join Rheem Northeast Distribution at our distribution center in Paulsboro, NJ. As a leader in HVAC solutions, we supply contractors, multifamily communities, and commercial properties across the Northeast. We’re seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our distribution operations by handling, organizing, and preparing products for shipment. This role is a key part of our service commitment — combining accuracy, safety, and teamwork to ensure our customers receive the right products on time.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Note:

all pay ranges are broadly stated, and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.

• Safely receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare HVAC equipment and parts for customer orders with a focus on accuracy and care.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents and promote efficiency.
• Properly label and document all outgoing shipments in accordance with shipping procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Report any safety hazards, damaged goods, or incidents immediately to supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially in HVAC or industrial distribution.
• Forklift certified.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs.
• High school diploma or GED
