Warehouse Technician

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pick and pack medical device products accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments using Fed Ex, UPS, and other carriers
• Create shipping labels, track deliveries, and help resolve pickup or delivery issues
• Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.

• Keep inventory records up to date and assist with regular cycle counts
• Ensure materials are stored correctly and replenished when needed
• Flag low stock levels or discrepancies to the Production Manager.

• Receive inbound deliveries and verify accuracy against documentation
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant
• Follow established safety, quality, and regulatory procedures expected in a medical device setting.

• Use Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams) for basic reporting and communication
• Update logs, inventory systems, and documentation
• Work closely with production teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience within Medical devices, or Life Sciences
• Experience with Fed Ex Ship Manager, UPS World Ship, or similar systems
• Comfortable lifting up to 40–50 lbs as required
• Dependable, trustworthy, and detail‑focused
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience using warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks; other machinery experience is a plus.
