Job Summary
AFC Industries is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing supply chain management solutions for fasteners and assembly components to original equipment manufacturers, assembly plants, and other users of these products. We support a diverse industry base of manufacturers across a broad range of industries and have a proven track record of helping manufacturers and assemblers reduce cost, improve quality, and increase efficiency.
Responsibilities- Support the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision
- Receive and check incoming supplier purchase orders
- Repack incoming material efficiently and logically
- Ship packages with UPS World Ship
- Locate products using company inventory management system
- Pull orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy
- Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
- Wrap orders before loading on trucks
- Re-stock inventory manually and with warehouse equipment
- Fill out records of completed orders, supplier packet of documents as required
- Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
- Complete supplier pickups and deliveries safely and efficiently
- Complete customer deliveries safely and efficiently
- Any other duties as assigned or required to ensure customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 Years warehouse experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's license is a requirement
- Ability to lift 50+ LBS and stand for 8 hours in a warehouse environment
- Takes direction well - strictly follows instructions
- Strong work attendance record
- Math skills including ability to read and understand fractions and decimals
- Keen attention to detail
- Team player

- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Computer skills
- Forklift experience / certification a plus
Hourly Pay: $20.00‑21.00
Position:
Full-time
Work Hours:
8AM‑4:30PM, Monday‑Friday
