Forman Mills is seeking a Department Lead in the Receiving department. You will oversee merchandising presentation, signing, price changes, inventory and recovery for your area while ensuring a Courteous, Fast and Friendly shopping experience.
You may assist in other departments as directed by management. Candidates should be able to train and develop team members, manage floor plans, perform accurate counts, and handle basic math at the register.
