- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and oral communication required)
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Quicken, Excel, Access, or other district‑approved programs
- Ability to coordinate workload to meet changing priorities, schedules, and deadlines
- Clean criminal background check, TB test, and child protection registry clearance must be completed prior to start of employment
- Possesses tact to deal amicably and effectively with people
- Prepares online correspondence, forms, and reports
- Meets and greets visitors using excellent customer service skills, ascertaining the purpose of the visit or call and effectively resolving inquiries
- Provides interpreting services, as needed, for district students and their families
- May maintain a calendar and/or schedule for the supervisor or others, including scheduling classrooms and coordinating meetings as necessary
- May assist the administrator in preparing documentation, presentations, letters, etc.
- Applicant will be required to work in person in the building
