What You'll Do- - Process vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV documentation
- - Review sales and trade paperwork for accuracy
- - Process title payoffs and obtain required documentation
- - Maintain title records, logs, and temporary tag inventory
- - Work with DMV offices, lenders, and outside vendors
- - Research and resolve title or registration issues
- - Ensure paperwork meets state and dealership requirements
- - Provide additional Business Office administrative support as needed
- - Strong organization and attention to detail
- - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- - Professional communication and customer service skills
- - Automotive title, DMV, or dealership office experience preferred
- - Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
- - Dealer Track, Arkona, or other dealership software experience is a plus
- - Notary certification is a plus
- - High School Diploma or GED required
