What You'll Do

* Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team

* Drive results through effective sales strategies and accountability

* Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

* Structure deals and oversee paperwork and compliance

* Maximize profitability on every transaction

* Assist with finance operations as needed

* Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve dealership goals

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience

* Strong leadership and team development skills

* Results-driven with high energy and motivation

* Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations

* Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus

* OEM certifications are a plus

* Flexible schedule, including weekends

* High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
