Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Summer Interns to join our team across various departments. This internship is open to recent graduates and current students enrolled in 2- or 4-year college programs. It's designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects that support the operations and growth of Triple-S Steel.

This internship offers hands-on experience by supporting our Sales and Operations teams in driving customer satisfaction through efficient delivery scheduling and quality management.

Responsibilities

* Assist with the review, entry, and organization of mill certifications to maintain accurate and accessible records.

* Aid in quality management for the steel coil to steel deck production line, including tagging coils, verifying the accuracy of existing tags, and conducting cycle counts of inventory.

* Support quality assurance efforts for steel deck sales by checking order entry for accuracy, validating Bills of Lading (BOLs) for deliveries, and assisting with related data entry tasks.

* Assist the Sales team by scheduling deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education, Qualifications, and

Experience:

* Major in Business Administration or related field.

* Excellent technical skills, including a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

* Ability to pay close attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills.
