Job Description
- The Repair & Returns Coordinator is responsible for executing procurement and repair service strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- This role serves as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing repair processes, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational efficiency.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, buying, or operations.
- Strong ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve performance issues.
- Experience coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting repair or service programs.
- Experience tracking supplier performance metrics and delivery schedules.
- Experience working with domestic and international purchasing processes.
- Execute buying strategies for UTEX and repair services to ensure timely material and service delivery.
- Expedite orders and secure required approvals within purchasing limits.
- Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery, quality, and performance issues.
- Coordinate Return Material Authorizations and required repair documentation with suppliers.
- Partner with warehouse and materials teams to ensure repair shipments are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update purchasing systems and project plans.
- Review requisitions and supply plans for domestic and international purchases.
- Define, communicate, and track schedules, risks, changes, and resource needs related to repair and UTEX activities.
- Align with stakeholders on project prioritization and execution requirements.
- Monitor open orders, confirmation ratios, delivery capability, and on‑time delivery metrics.
- Ensure adherence to workflow turnaround time KPIs for return and repair processes.
- Communicate repair status, risks, and supply chain activities across cross‑functional teams.
- Drive supplier delivery improvement initiatives and lead late order resolution efforts.
- Collaborate with category management, supplier quality, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to improve total cost of ownership.
- Follow procurement policies and compliance requirements while identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Experience supporting UTEX, repair, overhaul, or return processes.
- Familiarity with supplier performance metrics and delivery reliability tracking.
- Experience with international purchasing and logistics coordination.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
