Job Description

• The Repair & Returns Coordinator is responsible for executing procurement and repair service strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• This role serves as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing repair processes, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational efficiency.

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, buying, or operations.
• Strong ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve performance issues.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and reporting tools.

• Experience supporting repair or service programs.
• Experience tracking supplier performance metrics and delivery schedules.
• Experience working with domestic and international purchasing processes.

• Execute buying strategies for UTEX and repair services to ensure timely material and service delivery.
• Expedite orders and secure required approvals within purchasing limits.
• Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery, quality, and performance issues.
• Coordinate Return Material Authorizations and required repair documentation with suppliers.
• Partner with warehouse and materials teams to ensure repair shipments are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update purchasing systems and project plans.
• Review requisitions and supply plans for domestic and international purchases.
• Define, communicate, and track schedules, risks, changes, and resource needs related to repair and UTEX activities.
• Align with stakeholders on project prioritization and execution requirements.
• Monitor open orders, confirmation ratios, delivery capability, and on‑time delivery metrics.
• Ensure adherence to workflow turnaround time KPIs for return and repair processes.
• Communicate repair status, risks, and supply chain activities across cross‑functional teams.
• Drive supplier delivery improvement initiatives and lead late order resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with category management, supplier quality, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to improve total cost of ownership.
• Follow procurement policies and compliance requirements while identifying process improvement opportunities.

• Experience supporting UTEX, repair, overhaul, or return processes.
• Familiarity with supplier performance metrics and delivery reliability tracking.
• Experience with international purchasing and logistics coordination.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
