Responsibilities
  • Must live in Connecticut, Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
  • Travel will be required across Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and beyond as business needs dictate.
  • Support day‑to‑day revenue cycle operations across assigned centers and CBOs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high quality performance.
  • Execute short‑term strategies to achieve team objectives, provide ongoing mentorship to center and CBO teammates, and resolve operational issues while appropriately escalating barriers.
  • Lead and participate in integration activities, manage non‑CBO exception reporting, and monitor center‑level KPIs to drive accountability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide revenue cycle training and mentoring for Business Office Managers and teammates.
  • Address and support daily operational issues; escalating unresolved and critical issues upward.
  • Engage in integration activities and patient accounting system conversions.
  • Conduct onboarding and training.
  • Participate in planning sessions.
  • Analyze metrics with action planning.
  • Participate in monthly metric calls with Central Business Offices (CBO).
  • Review non‑CBO center metrics and provide escalation as needed.
  • Review productivity and accuracy, develop improvement plans, and seek support from leadership.
  • Manage payer contract education.
  • Communicate cadence of regional, market or enterprise revenue cycle initiatives and activities.
  • Conduct Business Office operational assessments.
  • Participate in market meetings.
  • Support new field leadership onboarding and BOM mentoring.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years revenue cycle leadership experience; ASC expertise preferred.
  • Ensures high levels of precision and quality across all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
