Scheduling & Workforce Management
- Manage caregiver schedules within Well Sky
- Coordinate shift coverage, call‑outs, vacations, and emergencies
- Match caregivers based on skills, experience, certifications, personality, and client needs
- Maintain continuity of care whenever possible
- Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers
- Assist with on‑boarding and orientation activities
- Support caregiver engagement and retention initiatives
- Help foster a positive and supportive culture
- Coordinate new client starts and caregiver introductions
- Assist with service transitions and schedule adjustments
- Monitor client satisfaction and communicate concerns proactively
- Support ongoing care coordination activities
- Assist with payroll and billing review processes
- Maintain scheduling accuracy and documentation
- Support agency performance metrics and quality initiatives
As Scheduler & Care Coordination Specialist, you will serve as the operational hub connecting clients, caregivers, care coordinators, and leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring every client receives the right caregiver, every caregiver receives appropriate support, and every schedule reflects the high standards Griswold is known for.

- Support seamless on‑boarding of new clients

- Operate with urgency, accountability, and compassion
- Home care scheduling experience
- Well Sky experience strongly preferred
- Home care, healthcare, staffing, or workforce coordination experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
