What You’ll Contribute
The Senior Associate, Product Development will play a key part in the product development process, supporting the successful execution of projects from concept to launch for Customer Communications.
What You’ll Do- Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate product requirements into actionable tasks and project plans.
- Support the execution of product development projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, milestones, and quality standards.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating product testing, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement or refinement.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and escalating risks or delays as necessary.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail‑oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high‑quality work and ensuring accuracy in documentation and project execution.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to contribute to project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, business administration or related discipline.
- Experience with Visio, Figma, and Microsoft Office tools.
- 3+ years of experience in product development or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
