Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead creative concepts, art direction and visual design solutions
- Translate strategic and medical briefs into compelling, audience-focused creative concepts
- Develop communication solutions for HCP, DTC, DTP, Medical/Scientific and Market Access audiences
- Design UX and digital solutions for websites, emails, portals and interactive tools
- Collaborate closely with Medical Writers, Account Leads, Brand Teams and Production
- Ensure brand consistency, design excellence, accessibility and MLR/regulatory compliance
- Coordinate and provide quality oversight for internal and nearshore creative and production teams
- Develop and maintain design systems, templates and creative standards
- Leverage AI-assisted design tools to improve creative workflows and efficiency
- 8-12+ years of experience in a creative, healthcare or pharmaceutical agency or equivalent in-house environment
- Strong experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Visual Design and UX
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Experience with HCP, DTC/DTP, Medical/Scientific Content and Market Access
- Good understanding of MLR and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with Figma or Adobe XD
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or DALL-E
- Experience working in agile environments and with nearshore/distributed teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
