Qualifications
- Completion of a School Psychology Master's program
- Current and valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Experience with psychological evaluations, counselling, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work collaboratively within school settings
- Compassionate approach to supporting diverse student populations
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
- Provide individual and group counseling/interventions for students
- Consult with teachers and administrators on behavior management, academic support, and intervention strategies
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and prevention
- Assist in developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and staff development
