A travel opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide essential psychological services to students in various school settings. This role involves traveling to different educational locations within or near New Castle, DE, offering a dynamic and varied professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and development.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention plans.
- Provide counseling and support services to address student behavioral and emotional needs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple school sites as needed.
- Knowledge of special education laws and procedures.
- Travel assignments based in and around New Castle, Delaware.
