Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Youth Development Professional for their seasonal summer program running from June 15 to August 3. The role includes supervising youth ages 5-12, assisting with academic enrichment, and leading recreational activities. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience with youth, and strong communication skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, up to 40 hours per week.
