Position: School Psychologist | New Castle, Delaware

Qualifications:

• Active Delaware licensure as a school psychologist (required)
• Solid foundation in psycho educational assessments and report writing
• Prior experience in a public or private school setting, ideally covering multiple age groups
• Skilled at collaborating with IEP teams and communicating effectively with staff, students, and families
• Reliable transportation to work across multiple school sites as needed
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting during onboarding

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group psycho educational evaluations across a diverse student population (preschool, elementary, and high school)
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on assessment findings
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights and strategies for student support
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Provide consultation to educators and interventions for students requiring extra support
