Desired Skills and

Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting psychological and educational assessments
• Ability to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Strong consultation and teamwork skills with school staff and families
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local special education regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and interpret assessment data

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students as needed
• Support educators through training, resources, and ongoing consultation
• Participate in problem-solving teams and contribute to school-wide initiatives
