** Compensation:** $70,000-$80,000 annual salary for the school year, with additional earning potential for ESY summer work

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities

+ Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

+ Develop and implement behavior intervention plans

+ Train and support school staff on behavior strategies

+ Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

** Qualifications*
* + Active BCBA certification (required)

+ Experience working in school-based settings preferred

+ Strong collaboration and communication skills
