Training And Education Specialist III
The Training and Education Specialist III supports workforce development initiatives through the design, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training related to substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health (MH) services. The incumbent develops evidence-based curricula and training materials, plans and facilitates engaging in-person and virtual learning opportunities, and applies adult learning principles, measurable learning objectives, and evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness.
The position also supports learning management system (LMS) and e-learning platforms and contributes to the ongoing development and improvement of training resources that strengthen Delaware's behavioral health workforce.
