We are always looking for talented and dedicated people to be a part of our growing team. We are currently looking to hire a Service Estimator who will be highly skilled and knowledgeable in commercial HVAC service small/special projects and possess at least 5 years experience in project estimating.
Estimator's Responsibilities:
- Correlate plan views and section views of drawings.
- Receive Bid Documents and organize (breakout) specifications and drawings in the bid folder and bid server
- Able to identify discrepancies on drawings
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to solicit bids
- Communicate with the estimating team regarding questions and/or scope requirements
- Read specifications, answer questions and identify inconsistencies
- Manage Bid book and its completeness
- Assess and communicate project fit and risks
- Works with Project Managers and Engineers in the field.

Position Requirements
Estimator's Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project estimating
- Design Build experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience in commercial HVAC and Plumbing
- Able to read specifications and take off quantities for pricing by others on team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
