Civil Engineer
Atwell, LLC is a national leader in consulting, engineering, and construction services. We are seeking a Civil Engineer who will develop site plans, analyze survey data, produce reports, and support construction activities across residential, commercial or industrial land development projects.
Responsibilities- Draft preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Analyze survey data to assess existing site conditions; review legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easements, and condo documents.
- Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations including hydrologic, hydraulic, due‑diligence, cost opinions, schedule, utility and stormwater studies, soil and earthwork calculations, Storm
CAD and Water
CAD reports, and grading plans. - Support construction activities such as permit applications, cut sheets, quantity estimates, and transmittals; organize plans and construction documents under senior guidance.
- Maintain proficiency in Civil 3D and related software packages; ensure deliverables meet established standards.
- Communicate effectively in writing and orally with project teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of engineering experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water
CAD, Storm
CAD, and Sewer
CAD preferred.
Pay Range: $75,000 – $120,000 USD.
