Team members at TAI are capable, well-rounded, flexible, and optimistic. We have found that the best employees are the ones who recognize the importance of what they do and the ones who let that guide them in the actions they take.

More than any skill, we seek people who make decisions that support the common good. We work for our clients, and we work for one another.

  • Serve as the site's technical resource for process safety, providing guidance to operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership.
  • Maintain and support the facility's EPA risk management program (RMP), including regulatory reporting and prevention program requirements.
  • Analyze process safety metrics and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk management, process reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture through coaching, collaboration, and employee engagement.

  • Familiarity with quantitative risk assessments, consequence modeling, reaction kinetics, and pressure relief analysis.
  • Experience with process safety modeling software such as PHAST or similar tools is preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to influence across multiple departments.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
