We are seeking a highly vigilant professional to join our Payment Flow Management team. This role will be a crucial part of our financial control framework, responsible for safeguarding the firm’s assets by ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and integrity of high‑value external payments.
This role involves the critical review, validation, and final release of significant wire transfers. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional eye for detail, a strong understanding of financial risk, and the ability to operate effectively in a high‑stakes environment where precision is paramount. Responsibilities also include performing callbacks from entities and confirming wiring instructions.
The Loan Documentation and Process Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributes to the development of new techniques, and improves processes and workflow for the area or function. The analyst integrates subject‑matter and industry expertise, coordinates and contributes to objectives of the function and overall business, evaluates moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact, uses multiple sources of information, and demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and diplomacy skills.
The role also provides informal or formal leadership within teams, coaches and trains new recruits, and influences decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitation.
- This role will drive projects, manage reporting, and prepare/review loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process.
- Drive projects independently and process and close loans within a complex loans operation environment.
- Integrate subject‑matter and industry expertise within the loans documentation area.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how the loan function integrates to achieve overall business goals.
- Provide value‑added perspective or advice that contributes to the development of new techniques and improvement of loan documentation processes.
- Apply in‑depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues related to loan documentation processes.
- Escalate control gaps and issues to senior management, identify loan‑related control deficiencies, and implement appropriate procedures and solutions to mitigate risk.
- Resolve complex problems that require an in‑depth evaluation of loan procedures and industry standards.
- Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations, primarily related to loan documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce expenses.
- Influence decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitation of services to others in area of specialization.
- Assume informal/formal leadership within the team, coach and train new recruits, and provide guidance to junior staff.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, management, internal/external clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, safeguard the firm’s reputation, comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and report control issues transparently.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Background in lending operations, payment processing, or payment operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of private bank or wealth operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Flexcube/Loan IQ is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of financial products, accounting principles, and practices.
- High degree of numeracy and an analytical approach to tasks and problem solving.
- Ability to understand complex data and condense it into key themes.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

Salary: $78,080.00 – $ per year. In addition to salary, this role may include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
