Overview

This National Guard Title 5 exempt service position is a HR Associate (Military) within the Delaware Joint Forces Headquarters Army National Guard, under Position Description Number T5808600.

• Process and review standard military personnel actions (OERs/NCOERs, promotions, routine separations) ensuring procedural accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize automated personnel databases (DEERS, RAPIDS, or equivalent service‑branch systems) to enter transactions, verify eligibility, and identify system errors.
• Assist in the preparation of routine correspondence, briefings, and statistical reports.
• Provide direct support during Soldier Readiness Processing events, including counseling service members on basic administrative requirements and emergency data updates.

• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS‑0203‑07, demonstrating ability to perform the responsibilities listed above.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities required to fully execute the duties of this position.
