The Disability Determination Services (DDS) Deputy Director position in Delaware leads and coordinates the DDS units, collaborating with the federal SSA to meet annual goals and objectives, interpreting SSA laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
You will serve as the liaison between the Delaware DDS and the SSA, oversee budgeting, policy development, and program implementation, and may act as Director in their absence.
