RequiredSkills & Background:
- Valid SLP licensure (ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year accepted)
- Experience or strong interest in K-12 educational settings
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Skilled in supporting both moderate-severe and mild-moderate student populations
- Deliver direct therapy and design individualized treatment plans
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize outcomes
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in compliance with school policies
