Job SummaryWe're seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at Able Minds ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Our agency is dedicated to providing flexible scheduling, consistent support, and a team that truly shows up for our families.

- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement ABA therapy to support children with autism
- Collaborate with families, other professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide training and consultation to staff, parents, and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of ABA strategies
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress, assessments, and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and research in ABA
- Work closely with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and family support
- Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or pursuit of certification
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably with children with autism
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to ABA therapy
- Competitive hourly rate of $105 - $120
