Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission.

- Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
- Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
- Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
- Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
- Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
- Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- Active DE Speech-Language Pathology license, Speech‑Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CF‑SLP) provisional license, or eligibility for DE licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellowship (CF‑SLP) are welcome
- Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
