A local banquet facility in Delaware is seeking an Assistant Banquet Coordinator to ensure the successful execution of events, manage banquet staff, and oversee event logistics. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a related field, demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. Duties include assisting with event planning, supervising staff during events, and maintaining event setups.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends.
