We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong recruiting experience along with hands‑on expertise in ADP systems
.

While payroll processing is not the primary focus of the role, experience supporting or processing payroll is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and comfortable balancing recruiting coordination with core HR administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles
  • Manage applicant tracking processes and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and onboarding logistics
HR Operations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and HR documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions
HRIS & System (ADP Required)
  • Utilize ADP for employee data management, reporting, and HR processes
  • Maintain data integrity within ADP and ensure timely updates for personnel changes
  • Run standard and ad hoc HR reports as needed
Payroll Support (Nice to Have)
  • Assist with payroll data review and audits as needed
  • Support payroll processing functions within ADP (if applicable)
  • Help ensure accuracy of employee pay, deductions, and time data
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with strong emphasis on recruiting
  • Required: Hands‑on experience using ADP (Workforce Now or similar platform)
  • Payroll processing experience is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
