We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong recruiting experience along with hands‑on expertise in ADP systems
.
While payroll processing is not the primary focus of the role, experience supporting or processing payroll is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and comfortable balancing recruiting coordination with core HR administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles
- Manage applicant tracking processes and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and onboarding logistics
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and HR documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions
- Utilize ADP for employee data management, reporting, and HR processes
- Maintain data integrity within ADP and ensure timely updates for personnel changes
- Run standard and ad hoc HR reports as needed
- Assist with payroll data review and audits as needed
- Support payroll processing functions within ADP (if applicable)
- Help ensure accuracy of employee pay, deductions, and time data
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with strong emphasis on recruiting
- Required: Hands‑on experience using ADP (Workforce Now or similar platform)
- Payroll processing experience is a plus
, but not required - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A proactive HR professional who can take ownership of recruiting processes
- Someone comfortable working in HR systems and maintaining accurate data
- A team player who can flex between recruiting, HR admin, and light payroll support when needed
